Upcoming Event: Gamma Beta Founder's Day BBQ

The Gamma Beta Chapter has invited all local alumni (and any brothers that can make it to DC) for their annual Founder's Day BBQ. It will be on Saturday, October 20, 2007.

From 2:00 to 3:30 PM, they will be doing a game of ultimate frisbee at the park 3 blocks away before we eat, or a similar game (touch football? soccer? kickball?).

Then at around 3:30-5:30 they will be heading back to "The Townhouse" for the BBQ. A party for Brothers/Pledges (and Alumni if they want to come back later) will start later that night at 9:30.

The park is located behind/North of a school that is on N Street between 24th and 25th St. The townhouse is 2134 Newport Pl NW, Washington DC 20037. Closest metro is Dupont Circle (South exit) and there should be parking available on the streets around the park since it'll be a Saturday (free also).
